About

Lina Junora Kuzmanowsky

Driven by curiosity and a passion for lifelong learning, I’m a creative and committed developer who thrives on turning ideas into tangible, thoughtful creations. I take pride in diving deep into every project I take on, whether working solo or as part of a team. Collaboration and people give meaning to my experiences, and I’m known for creating inclusive spaces where everyone’s voice is heard and their strengths shine. Outside the world of code, you’ll find me recharging through painting, knitting or walking my dog.

productivity-app

Productivity App

A full-featured productivity tool built with JavaScript and JSON Server. Users can create an account, log in, and manage personalized to-dos, habits, and events. Each item is saved and tied to the individual user for a custom experience.

BookDucks

BookDucks is a full-stack web application I developed where users can explore a collection of books, save titles to a personal “To Be Read” list, and rate the books they’ve read. Logged-in users can manage their saved books, assign ratings from 1–5, and filter their list based on author, title, or personal score.
The backend is built with Strapi, a headless CMS that allowed me to structure and manage book data, user profiles, and relationships between them. I implemented JWT authentication to protect user routes and ensure secure access. The frontend is built using vanilla JavaScript, and I used Axios to handle all communication with the backend.

Webshop -
User and Admin UI.

As part of a cross-functional team, I helped build an e-commerce web application where users can browse and purchase products, while admins can manage the product inventory through a secure admin interface. The frontend was developed collaboratively with other frontend developers, and we worked closely with backend developers, testers, and a product owner to bring the full application to life.
The backend was built using MongoDB, and we implemented JSON Web Tokens to securely differentiate between user and admin access. My responsibilities included styling and building the admin page for editing products (add, remove, update), creating reusable UI components, and working with Axios to fetch and manage data dynamically.

Tamagotchi

Pokémon Tamagotchi is a virtual pet game where players adopt and care for their favorite Pokémon. Built with JavaScript and styled using Sass, the game uses object-oriented programming to manage each Pokémon’s stats: energy, fullness, and happiness. Users can feed, play, and let their Pokémon nap to keep them happy.
Each Pokémon has a timer that gradually reduces their stats, and all data is stored in localStorage to persist between sessions. The UI is enhanced with custom sprites fetched from the Pokémon API, and a log tracks every action taken with your Pokémon. The design was made with a retro windows 95 aesthetic in mind.

moodjournal

Mood Journal

Mood Journal is a reflective mood-tracking app built with JavaScript and a local JSON Server backend. Users can log how they feel on a given day by selecting a mood, choosing from a list of feelings and activities, and adding personal notes. Each entry is saved and tied to the individual user, making it possible to revisit, edit, or delete past logs. The app includes full CRUD functionality and uses sessionStorage to manage in-progress entries and edits. Styled with SCSS, the interface is designed to feel soft and calming while supporting deep emotional reflection.

Junora Ink

For the past seven years, I’ve run my own company as a professional illustrator and tattoo artist. My work has taken me across Europe, collaborating with studios, clients, and creatives in a wide range of cultural settings. Through both ink and illustration, I’ve built a career rooted in emotional honesty and visual storytelling.

My artistic style focuses on mental health and emotional complexity, aiming to create space for feelings to exist without judgment. Rather than labeling emotions as good or bad, I explore the beauty in simply allowing them to be — raw, soft, loud, or quiet. Whether on skin or canvas, i hope each piece invites reflection and connection through what it means to be human.
